Friendly staff fast good food.

It was ok. Nothing special. There were just one other table besides us that had ordered food and another gentleman having coffee. No one really checked on us while we were there to fill our water glasses or anything. Food itself is just basic diner food with sandwiches and fries. They do have all day breakfast. I ordered breakfast and my hashbrown was really soggy and oily. Will not be going back.

When I walked in I wasn’t even acknowledged for over 5 min at the bar... I was stunned, thought it might be shift change...wasn’t. Bartenders in front of me, it became apparent we were not in sherry’s section because 2x she said Nicole will be w/ you ASAP. bartender, Nicole was totally rude, never offered menus & Worstly we came here for breakfast/brunch. then awkwardly at over bearing to co-bartender Sherry who is amazing, & unfortunately wasn’t waiting on us. Sherry has waited Us 2x, & the reason we come here. I’m also a bartender, I will not be back distinctly due to the treatment I received from Sunday bartender Nicole. I’m patient & understanding, we wanted to eat, and I tip well as I live on tips. Makes me sad.

The place wasn't very crowded and the service was a little slow, or else I would have given it five stars. the food was delicious the people were very friendly and nice it's a great place but don't go there if you're in a hurry :-)

Great restaurant. Good food, good service. I love that even the cook, Diane, thanked us for coming in. We met a friend there to do some paperwork and knew we'd be there late. This place was perfect because the bar is just down the happ from the restaurant so when the restaurant closed we just moved to the bar. The bartender was fun and awesome and was okay with us sitting there doing paperwork just drinking water. We'll go back again for sure.

Excellent food for a good price with a comfortable, friendly environment and staff.

I came in on the evening of New Year's Eve, around 5. It was pretty empty, and the sign said to seat yourself, we sat away from the other patrons to keep our conversation private.In the hour we were here, I saw about 3-4 different servers, and not a single person came to our table. My friend had brought us there because they supposedly had great desserts, too bad I never got to try them. A couple of them had even made eye contact with us, so it felt like they were intentionally ignoring us. 😓I work just down the street, and people are constantly asking were to get a good meal, now I know not to recommend Rainbow. 🙄Try Oddfellas instead, they have great food and even better service.

Great food and great prices

Went here for the first time with my boyfriend and his mom. We all had an AMAZING breakfast here! Prices are reasonable, portions are very generous. The atmosphere is hometown and comfortable. Will be returning!

I come here for karaoke every week on Friday and Saturday. One of the only places that start at 8 instead of 9 on fridays. Turtle and DJ are amazing bartenders, and the host, Kev, is the best karaoke host I've ever had. They all really take care of their customers.

Was a fun little spot. Then Tammy (I think that's her name) took offence to god knows what and refused to serve me. The kid that works there is a good kid though.

I can say I one very picky restaurant eater and specially when it comes to the most important meal of the day BREAKFAST :D This place will became as today one of my favorite places to go when I travel here in Auburn.Since the first great welcoming coffee smell that you sniff when you open the front door to get inside and the lovely and professional smile from servers there.It did not took more than a minute for us to get seated and start enjoying and waking our senses up whit a delicious warm cup of the house coffee in there ( Heaven , just heaven)The food in my opinion was super good but I wish they chop the home potatoes a little smaller since little ones or little mouths may get a burn from trying to bite a huge chunk of hot potato hehe ( just an idea to think about ) Very warm atmosphere, great service , beautiful location and reasonable price .

Had a lot of fun here for Karoke. Food was amazing, had a wonderful time. Parking was plentiful. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were amazing. Glass never empty, never had to ask for anything. Will for sure, be back. Highly recommend.

Went for brunch, the country fried steak and eggs was amazing!! Best I have had in a long time! Pie was amazing too! Ordered a piece for the table to share, then a whole to pick up the next day, just know if you go for ordering a pie, do it a day or 2 in advance so they can get it ordered as they don't stock many to keep them always fresh.

Waitresses walked by our table 6 times without a hello or offer of a menu. Once our order was taken it took 30 minutes till it was ready. Home fries were deep fried...bacon greasy and the prices waaayyyy to high. Have no idea why do popular except only place around. Don't waste you money or time.

Wow. This very un-flashy restaurant served up the most tasty breakfast I've had in years! We were aiming for the Sunbreak Cafe for breakfast. But found they were not serving breakfast! So we went to the Rainbow Cafe. VERY glad we did. Large menu, not real fancy but everything just tasted GOOD! We will remember this place for sure!

The food here was amazing! So good! I loved it! Staff are friendly but not very attentive when we needed something.

Let's be honest... Fancy it is not. Great Food? Yeesssss. Great service? Yeesssss. It reminds me of classic all American diner. It's just really down to earth yummy hot fresh food. Alcohol beverages are a good pour and again service cannot be beat. If you want fancy high end ambience, this is not your place. If you enjoy a fabulous breakfast (that's what I enjoyed) then pull up a chair. They are practicing great Covid-19 healthy practices. I enjoyed it a lot. The prices were good. I hear they have an amazing fish & chips on Friday. So give it a shot. You'll enjoy I'm sure.

All-American diner. Great atmosphere. Great food. Great service. For breakfast in Auburn, you can't beat it, well you can, if you want to pay 5 bucks more a plate, but for the price, LOVE IT!

A small niche of a place, but amazingly good food. Walking in it was all an older crowd, but it's a well kept secret because WOW. Between their french toast and the potato pancakes you can order just about anything off the menu and leave happy.

The food is great and service is wonderful. The waitress was kind, fast, and efficient.

Great food, great service, good atmosphere

Worst five minutes of my life. If we're being honest. I went up to the bar with my husband to get FOOD not drinks and the bartender told me she "could not serve me because my ID was bent" not because it was expired. But literally because it was bent. It's unfortunate because I have been to this establishment multiple times with the same ID being bent and I have always been served never had a problem. And it is beyond reason that I was not served today when the last three bars that I went to after this unfortunate event they serve me no questions asked. I don't believe I did anything wrong in this instance. Because I did provide identification. My ID was not punched, it was not disfigured, it literally was just creased at the top. I am sorry for the bartender. Because she missed out on two sales. But I guess that's what happens when you come to a place of business and they tell you that the one piece of identification that you can use is not valid for them.

Afriend and I had the opportunity to dine in your establishment yesterday. Neither one have never been there. My Country Omellet with the hashbrown were the best I have ever had. Thank you.

The food is always so good! Prices are good, also. Servers are friendly the owner greets diners. If you are in Auburn and hungry go to Rainbow!!

I love coming here. I’ve been here a lot and the food is also delicious, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly. I got the special: loaded prime rib dip with sweet potato fries 😍😍

Great made from scratch food. Bloody Mary's ta die for. The bartender makes her mix from scratch too... prices are fare, service is excellent. The reason this place has been in business for eons!!! (;
